RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/MANAGER (M/W)

To further ensure the growth, we are seeking a Sales Consultant (m/f), with the drive to further generate business with a strong sales focus and project driven mentality and able to compete in a results driven environment

Aufgabengebiet:
- Getting decision makers meet on a regular basis
- Acquiring new customers and identifying new decision makers
- Selling the client the type of service that is appropriate for the project
- Keeping the projects in the timeline and bring them to a successful closing
- Staying in close contact with your clients and always keep an eye open for new projects

Anforderungsprofil:
- Bachelor degree with 1 year relevant experience in a sales driven environment
- Strong sales acumen with a performance driven mentality
- Ability to speak on eye to eye level with decision makers
- Entrepreneur mentality and capable of generating own business
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to steer projects in the desired direction
- Strong communicational skills in German and English, any other language is of advantage
